参松养心胶囊治疗缺血性心力衰竭的临床研究

Clinical Research of Shensong Yangxin Capsules in Treatment of Ischemic Heart Failure

目的探讨参松养心胶囊治疗缺血性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法将86例缺血性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各43例。对照组采用常规西医治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用参松养心胶囊口服,疗程8周。以超声心动图和24 h动态心电图分别观察治疗前后患者的心脏功能和心率变异性的时域参数指标改变情况。结果治疗后两组患者左心室射血分数(LVEF)均有提高,左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)均有缩小,且参松养心胶囊治疗组患者左室功能指标改善优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者HRV指标均有改善,治疗组总体标准差(SDNN)、均值标准差(SDANN)、差值的均方根(RMSSD)及PNN50较对照组改善更为明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参松养心胶囊能够提高缺血性心力衰竭患者心率变异性,明显改善心脏功能。

Objective ToexploretheclinicalefficacyofShensongYangxinCapsulesonischemic heartfailure.Methods Eightysixcasesofischemicheartfailurewererandomizedintoatreatmentgroup and a control group,43 cases in each one.In the control group,the conventional western medicine was adopt-ed.In the treatment group,on the basis of treatment as the control group,Shensong Yangxin Capsules were added.The duration of treatment was 8 weeks.Echocardiography and 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram were usedtoobserveheartfunctionandtimedomainparametersofheartratevariability（HRV）.Results After treatment,LVEF was improved and LVEDD was reduced in the two groups.The improvements in the left ven-tricle indexes of the treatment group were better than those in the control group,indicating the significant difference in comparison（P〈0.05 ）.HRV was improved in the two groups.In the treatment group,SDNN, SDANN,RMSSD and PNN50 were more obviously improved as compared with the control group,indicating thesignificantdifferences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ShensongYangxinCapsulesrelieveheartratevariability and apparently improve heart function of the patients with ischemic heart failure.
