顺行球囊扩张治疗输尿管-肠代原位新膀胱吻合口狭窄1例

摘要 临床资料患者，男，66岁，因“右侧腰部胀痛5d”入院。既往因左侧肾盂癌、膀胱癌，行左肾输尿管切除、膀胱袖套式切除术。因膀胱癌复发，行根治性膀胱全切、去带乙状结肠原位新膀胱术。体格检查：右肾压痛（＋）及叩痛（＋），余无阳性体征。实验室检查：尿素10．1mmol／L，肌酐553μmol／L。影像学检查：超声示右肾盂积液，右侧输尿管起始部扩张，拟行逆行肾盂造影，未找到输尿管一肠代原位新膀胱吻合口，经皮肾穿刺肾盂输尿管顺行造影示右侧输尿管下端狭窄。术前诊断：右侧输尿管狭窄，右肾盂积液，肾功能不全。
