摘要
通过对多尔"4R"理论指导下的健美操支架式教学模式与传统健美操教学模式进行比较研究,发现多尔"4R"理论指导下的健美操支架式教学模式的教学质量明显提高;课堂学习气氛更加活跃,提高了学生的学习兴趣。多尔"4R"理论指导下的健美操支架式教学模式的课堂负荷强度更加合理,改善了学生的身体成分、最大摄氧量、坐位体前屈和仰卧起坐等健康体适能指标,增强了大学生的体质。提示多尔4R理论指导下的健美操支架式教学模式达到了良好的教学效果,是可行的,有效的教学模式。
By making a comparative study of a scaffold type aerobics teaching mode guided by Dole’s “4R” theory(richness, recursive, relational and rigor) and traditional aerobics teaching mode, the author revealed the followingfindings: the quality of teaching under the scaffold type aerobics teaching mode guided by Dole’s “4R” theory improvedsignificantly; classroom learning atmosphere was more active, which increased students’ learning interest;classroom load intensity under the scaffold type aerobics teaching mode guided by Dole’s “4R” theory improvedstudents’ health and body adaptation ability indexes such as body composition, maximum oxygen intake, sittingbody bending forward, and sit-up etc, and enhanced college students’ fitness. The said findings indicate that thescaffold type aerobics teaching mode guided by Dole’s “4R” theory has achieved a good teaching effect, is a feasibleand effective teaching mode.
