福建土楼(南靖)旅游管理中的社区居民行为研究

Community Residents Behavioral Research of Tourism Management in Fujian Tulou (Nanjing)

通过对福建土楼(南靖)样本1年半的实地跟踪调查,整理出了福建土楼(南靖)的旅游资源格局,归纳出政府参与旅游开发管理迄今为止的三个阶段,实地调查了样本对象社区居民参与到福建土楼(南靖)旅游发展过程中实际情况,并分析社区居民与游客冲突行为,及对游客不礼貌的功利行为产生的渊源,并试图通过保证社区居民利益,进行政府退出市场经营的改制、加强居民的教育等可持续发展建设来改变这种行为现状。

Based on the sample of Fujian Tulou （Nanjing） ,We sorted out the pattern of the tourist resources of Fujian Tulou （Nanjing）, concluded three phases of tourism development and management by a half years of tracking survey. From the field survey sample objects community residents to participate in the process of tourism development and analysis the conflict behavior of community residents and tourists, we try to find the ways to ensure the interests of the community residents, restructuring of the govermental market operation and to strengthen the education of residents and so on to change this kind of behavior.
