摘要
中国共产党第十八届三中全会决定提出,放开服务业市场准入限制是当前和未来我国改革开放的重点之一。新加坡是中国在东南亚地区重要的经贸合作伙伴之一。评估中国—新加坡服务贸易协定框架下中国服务贸易承诺情况,分析中国服务贸易自由化实践情况,对于下一步推进中国服务贸易自由化进程具有重要意义。
According to the third plenum of the CPC＇ s 18th Central Committee, one of the key of reform and opening is to relax the restrictions on market access on trade service. Singapore is one of China＇ important economic and trade partner in the South-East Area. To evaluate the China＇ s openness commitments on service trade under the FTA between the Government of the People＇s Republic of China and the Republic Singapore, and to analyze the openness practices is of great significance for further progress of service trade liberalization.
