高校东南亚方向毕业生就业竞争力评价体系构建——以广西民族大学为例

摘要 广西民族大学充分发挥区位优势,顺应面向东南亚高等教育国际合作的新动向,创建了"2+2"项目人才培养模式。文章分析了东南亚方向毕业生就业竞争力评价体系建立的必要性、就业现状及存在的问题,细化了就业竞争力评价体系指标,并提出提升东南亚方向毕业生就业竞争力的策略,以不断提升学校的社会资本竞争力,突显中外合作办学及人才资源开发这个教育文化领域的新亮点。 Guangxi University For Nationalities has fully played its regional advantages to adapt to the new trend of international cooperation of higher education that towards to Southeast Asia, thus, created the "2+2" project of talent training mode.This paper analyzes the necessity of establishing evaluation system of employment competitiveness of graduates employment in Southeast Asia, lists the present situation and existing problems, refines the evaluation index system of competitiveness of employment, and provides strategies to promote the employment competitiveness of graduates in Southeast Asia by focusing on continually improving school's competitiveness of social capital in order to highlight the foreign cooperation in running schools and human resources development.
