脊柱-骨盆矢状面参数在峡部裂性腰椎滑脱临床评估中的应用

摘要 近年来峡部裂性腰椎滑脱患者的脊柱-骨盆矢状面参数异常被越来越多的学者重视，不少学者将峡部裂性腰椎滑脱的发生、病情进展归因于脊柱-骨盆矢状面参数异常，并提出应根据脊柱-骨盆矢状面参数将峡部裂性腰椎滑脱进行分型，并据此判断是否行手术复位及评估手术复位的效果。本文综述了目前报道峡部裂性腰椎滑脱患者脊柱-骨盆矢状面参数变化的文献，旨在探讨其在峡部裂性腰椎滑脱临床诊疗中的应用价值。
