称谓语是日常交际中传递给听话人的第一语言信息,在言语交际中发挥着重要的作用。《喜福会》中称谓语语用失误的产生根源在于语言使用者在交际过程中没有对语境相关因素进行顺应,即忽略了心理世界、社交世界和物理世界的动态顺应而造成的。

Address forms are the first piece of information delivered to interlocutors, which play a crucial role in verbal communication. The main cause of pragmatic failures in The Joy Luck Club lies in its language users＂ failure in adapting contextual correlate factors, that is, their not making dynamic adaptation to the mental world, the social world and the physical world.
