摘要
高校传统教职工文体类协会在活跃教职工文体生活方面发挥了积极作用。当前新型教职工协会不断涌现,高校工会应引导各类协会加强思想建设、管理队伍建设,创新工作方法,发挥好协会的作用。
The traditional teaching and administrative association of entertainment in university plays a positive role in staff ＇s life. At present, new types of entertainment associations are constantly emerging. University should strengthen the construction of thoughts, the establishment of administrative team, and create work methods to give full play of trade union.
