高校隐性思想政治教育主要问题及对策

On the Main Issues of Implicit Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities and their Countermeasures

我国高校隐性思想政治教育存在理论研究欠缺、重视程度不高、教育资源开发不充分等问题。高校应注重显性思想政治课程的隐性渗透;提高教育者隐性思想政治教育意识和技能;重视开发受教育者自我教育的能力;加强校园文化建设;营造良好的社会氛围,加强隐性思想政治教育。

There exist such issues as the deficiency of theoretical research, the less emphasized recognition, and the in- sufficiency of educational resource development in the implicit ideological and political education in colleges and universities of China. And they are supposed to pay more attention to the implicitly penetration of those explicit ideological and political courses, enhance the educators＇ consciousness and techniques of the implicit ideological and political education, attach much importance to the development of self--educated abilities for those educated, strengthen the campus cultural construction, create the good social atmosphere, and promote the implicit ideological and political education.
