高校党的作风建设主体是高校领导干部的作风建设。高校领导干部要切实加强理论学习,提高政治素养和管理能力,树立正确坚定的理想信念,密切联系群众,全心全意为广大师生服务。高校党组织要致力于形成良好的领导干部作风以及作风建设的长效机制,切实加强民主建设,健全规章制度,强化监督制约机制。

The working style construction of the Party in colleges and universities lies in that of leading cadres who are supposed praetically to pay more attention to the theoretical study, enhance their political quality and management ability, set up the correct ideal and belief, maintain the close ties with the masses, and serve teachers and students heart and soul. And the Party organizations are supposed to be devoted to the construction of the good working style of leading cadres with the long-term mechanism, strengthen feasibly the democracy construction, improve the rules and regulations, and enforce the mechanism for supervision and restriction.
