全球智能终端的快速增长给移动网络带来了信令和流量冲击,中国移动TD-SCDMA网络也已经受到明显影响,文章结合TD-SCDMA现网业务承载特征、网络技术特点,提出采用提高接入能力和资源承载效率的新技术应对"智能风暴",较好地解决了TD-SCDMA作为过渡性网络平衡好投资效益和满足一定时期业务需求的问题。

The rapid growth of the global smart terminal brings signaling and traffi c impact to the mobile network, China Mobile TD-SCDMA network has been signifi cantly affected, in combination with TD-SCDMA network services carrying features and network technical characteristics, this article proposed to use new technologies to improve access capabilities and resource effi ciency to deal with ＂smart storm＂, solved the problem of TD-SCDMA as a transitional network balance investment effi ciency and a certain period business needs.
