维C银翘片中对乙酰氨基酚含量的测定

目的:用高效液相色谱法测定维C银翘片中对乙酰氨基酚的含量。方法:采用C18柱(4.6×250mm,5μm),甲醇-水(40:60)为流动相,检测波长为249nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果:测得对乙酰氨基酚含量为91.51%。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,适用于维C银翘片的质量控制。

Objective：Content of Acetaminophen in Viamin C Yinqiao Tablets is determinated by HPLC. Method：A Hyper-silC18Column（4.6 ± 250mm,5μm）was used with a mobile phase of 0.02mol/L,the Meoh-eater（40：60）.The detection wavelength was 249nm. Results：The content of Acetaminophen is 91.51%. Conclusion：The method is simple,rapid and accurate. It can be used for quantitative analysis of Viamin C Yinqiao Tablets.
