利用NIR技术建立灵芝胶囊一致性比对模型的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:应用近红外漫反射技术建立灵芝胶囊一致性检验模型快检方法。方法:收集灵芝胶囊的近红外漫反射光谱,运用OPUS软件建立一致性检验模型,采用三台仪器对模型进行交叉验证,并用其它厂家生产的灵芝胶囊进行验证。结果:模型通过仪器交叉验证,也能区分出开它厂生产的灵芝胶囊,利用该一致性检验模型能无损伤、快速、准确地判断灵芝胶囊的真伪。结论:该方法建立的模型操作简单、快速有效,能作为灵芝胶囊真伪鉴别的快速筛选方法。 Objective:To establish the near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy method to perform conformity test of ganoderma capsule. Methods:Near-infrared spectra(NIR) was used to set up the conformity test model by the OPUS software. Three in-struments using crossvalidation of the model,And with other manufacturers to validate the model of ganoderma capsule. Results:Model through the instrument cross-validation, but also to distinguish it opened production plants ganoderma capsule, the use of the consistency test model can no damage, quickly and accurately determine the authenticity of ganoderma capsule. Conclusion:The method to establish a simple model of operation, fast and effective, able to identify the authenticity of the piece as isoniazid rapid screening methods.
