随着社会经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,人们的电力需求量越来越大。通过对目前电力建设企业在人力资源管理方面存在的不足之处进行分析,提出相应的改进措施,以进一步提高电力建设企业的人力资源管理水平,推动电力企业的稳步发展。
