摘要
绍兴山水馆C馆为钢桁架弦支穹顶组合网壳结构,通过对中心弦支穹顶结构的施工过程进行张拉分析,提出了逐环分批次循环张拉径向钢拉杆的施工方案,在结构中建立设计预应力的同时可以有效控制结构形态,并且减少了张拉设备的投入。通过对铸钢索夹节点进行抗滑移模型试验,得出索夹抗滑承载力为350kN,大于节点最大不平衡力200kN,可以满足工程要求。
C pavilion of Shanshui Pavilions in Shaoxing is a composite structure of suspendome with reticulated shell and reinforced truss. Taking into account the tension analysis of the center suspendome due to the construction process, this paper has put forward a method of tensioning the radial steel rod by ring cycle in batches to stretch the cable-strut system of suspendome. It can establish the designed prestress accurately, control the morphology effectively, and reduce the investment of tensioning device. Through the cable clips model test for anti-slip, the carrying capacity of anti-sliding of cable clips is 350kN, which is greater than the maximum node unbalanced force 200kN, that can meet the engineering requirements.
