摘要
珠海歌剧院主体钢结构采用空间网格体系,两块贝壳状曲面钢结构通过内部屋顶桁架连成一体,单块贝壳内由径向桁架及环向弯扭杆件形成四边形网格。工程结构形式复杂,技术要求高,施工难度大。为确保总体施工进度,保证工程质量,降低施工难度,必须采取合理的分段方式和施工方法。主要介绍该贝壳状曲面钢结构采用径向桁架分段吊装,环向弯扭杆件散装,利用塔式起重机由下至上、由两边向中间进行作业的安装方案和施工过程中减小构件变形,保证施工安全和控制施工精度的安装措施。
The main steel structure of Zhuhai Opera House uses spatial grid system. Two pieces of conchoidal steel structure were connected by internal roof truss, and conchoidal surfaces formed quadrilateral mesh through the radial truss and circumferential bending pole. The engineering had characteristics of complex structural situation, high technical requirements and difficult construction. To ensure the overall construction schedule and project quality, reduce the difficulty of construction, reasonable segmentation and construction methods should be taken. This paper describes that the conchoidal curved steel structure uses section lifting on radial truss and simple lifting on circumferential bending pole, and uses tower cranes to construction from bottom to top and from the sides toward the middle to reduce component deformation in construction process and ensure construction safety and control measures in the construction precision installation.
