摘要
长沙南站主站房为3层框架结构,屋盖为大跨度复杂新型网壳结构,局部屋盖为张弦梁结构,在大跨度处采用两级分叉树状柱支承。树状柱结构的连接节点设计是结构是否安全可靠的重要因素,但对于这种复杂的空间节点,规范未能提出明确的计算公式。以长沙南站钢结构工程为背景介绍了树状柱铸钢节点的有限元分析,并将有限元分析结果与试验结果进行对比,两者吻合较好。
The main station of Changsha South Railway Station is 3-layer frame structure, whose roof is complex large-span shells. The local roof is beam string structure, and two grade dendritic columns are used in the large-span position. The safety and reliability of dendritic structure is ensured by the joint design. But there are no explicit formulae in codes or standards used for designing for these joints with variety and complicity. As an example, the design and finite element analysis is introduced in this paper for the cast steel joints in Changsha South Railway Station. Then, the results of test and finite element analysis are compared, which gets good agreement.
