摘要
钢管混凝土结构作为一种新型组合结构,由于其能够更有效地发挥钢材和混凝土两种材料的优点,近年来越来越广泛地应用于超高层结构中。以斜钢管柱混凝土浇筑技术为切入点,分别从材料措施和工艺措施两个方面探讨钢管柱内的混凝土浇筑技术。通过现场实践检验,发现通过外加剂及自密实混凝土的选用、钢管柱和内环板上开设排气孔等方法可以改善斜钢管柱内混凝土浇筑质量。
Concrete filled steel tubular structure is a new type of composite structure. Because it can more effectively play the advantages of steel and concrete of the two materials, in recent years more and more concrete filled steel tubular are widely used in tall buildings. In this paper, concrete pouring construction in oblique steel columns is introduced from the aspects of material and technique methods. Through the field test of practice, it is found that admixture and selection of self compacting concrete and setting airbleed holes in the steel tube column and the inner ring plate can improve the quality of concrete.
