摘要
杭州萧山国际机场二期项目一阶段国际航站楼屋盖钢结构为桁架结构,从工程结构分析,钢构件加工制作类型包括:屋盖主桁架(桁架上、下弦杆为焊接型曲梁)、次桁架、支座节点、斜撑(各类钢管)等。重点介绍了大跨度钢桁架的三维数字化建模、数控下料、六维钢管相贯面切割、制作的特点、难点,及其关键控制技术等。同时指出桁架拼装方法、工厂预拼装方式以及质量控制措施。不仅提高了主次桁架尺寸的准确性,还保证了工期。
The roof of Xiaoshan International Airport Terminal Phase Ⅱ is truss structure, the steel components processing includes the main truss, whose upper and lower chords are welded curved beam, the secondary truss, support joints, diagonal brace and so on. Combined with the practice of the steel structure, the authors mainly introduce the characteristics of 3D digital modeling, numerical control blanking, six-dimensional tubular surface cutting and production in the large-span truss structure, what' s more, the difficulties and the key control technology of factors mentioned above are also emphasized. The technologies not only improved the accuracy of the main and secondary trusses, but assured the construction period.
