摘要
为提高正面吊的工作效率,对正面吊吊具实施闭锁状态下的伸缩改造,以使吊具能在连续框架箱状态下进行伸缩操作,介绍改造的技术方案。改造后可连续进行正面吊对锁盒箱的吊运,达到节约成本、提高工作效率的效果。
In order to enhance working effect ofreachstacker, a telescopic transformation of reachstacker spreader in the locking status has been carried out, so as to make the spreader operate elastically in continuous frame container status. The exist problems are analyzed and the technical plan is introduced. After transformation, the reackstacker could lift containers in lock condition continuously, which could save cost and raise working effect.
