摘要 为加强对现场计量装置、采集设备和配电网运行监测的实时性,提高对用户用电行为异常分析的准确性,研制了一套计量装置在线监测和智能诊断系统,其利用数据挖掘工具,实现了对计量装置和采集设备的运行状态评估,并对用户违约用电窃电和计量装置故障进行了智能诊断。该系统采用SOA技术架构,由异常指标专家库、实时监测与智能诊断和WEB应用三部分组成,并已在安徽省电力公司试运行,对保障电网安全稳定运行、反窃电和降低计量偏差造成的舆情发挥重要作用。 In order to strengthen the real-time monitor of the field metering device, collecting device and the distribution network operation, and to enhance the accuracy of analysis for the power abnormal use behavior, a metering device online monitoring and intelligent system has been developed in this paper, which will realize the state evaluation of operating metering device and acquisition equipment using the data mining methods, carry out the intelligent diagnosis for the breach of a contract for electricity using and electricity stealing as well as the metering device fault. Adopting the SOA technique structure, the system consists of three parts of the expert database of abnormal index, the real-time monitoring and intelligent diagnosis, and the web application. The system has been test run in Anhui electric power company, the effect of which show that such system plays an important role in ensuring the security and stability operation of power grids, causing public sentiment of anti-electricity stealing, and reducing the metering deviation.
