摘要
将实验动物分为生理盐水组,尼美舒利溶液组及尼美舒利脂质体组,各组动物分别给药,连续21 d,记录小鼠体重和摄食量,考察尼美舒利脂质体对小鼠的体重和摄食量的影响。尼美舒利脂质体组小鼠与尼美舒利溶液组小鼠相比,体重有明显增加,分别为(-1.593±2.413)g、(0.1619±1.481)g;尼美舒利脂质体组小鼠与生理盐水组小鼠、尼美舒利溶液组小鼠相比,摄食量均有明显增加,分别为(43.47±5.791)g、(37.52±8.087)g、(39.29±3.651)g。
The impact of nimesulide liposomes on weight and food intake in mice was examined. Experimental ani-mals were divided into saline group, nimesulide solution nimesulide group and liposome group, animals in each group were administered continuously 21d, recording food intake and body weight in mice. Nimesulide liposome group of mice was com-pared with nimesulide group of mice, a significant increase in body weight, respectively ( -1.593 ± 2.4130), (1619 ± 1. 481); nimesulide liposomal groups of mice with saline group of mice, the mice nimesulide solution compared feeding vol-ume has increased significantly, respectively (43.47 ± 5.791), (37.52 ± 8.087), (39.29 ± 3.651).
