摘要
噁唑烷酮类药物是一类全新的抗菌药,尤其对革兰氏阳性菌有很强的抗菌活性。利奈唑胺是第一个应用于临床的噁唑烷酮类药物,且通过抑制细菌蛋白质合成的早期阶段而起作用。重点综述了利奈唑胺的临床应用研究进展。
The oxazolidinones are a new class of antibacterial agents, which have strong antibacterial activity a-gainst Gram - positive bacteria. Linezolid is the first clinical application of oxazolidinones and act by inhibiting the formation of the initiation complex in bacterial protein synthesis. The progress in the clinical application of linezolid was summarized.
