利益协调与和谐党群关系的内在机理探究

A Probe into the Internal Mechanism between Benefit Coordination and Relationships between the Party and the Masses

从党群关系的实质、执政党的性质、历史方位、内在功能等方面分析,利益协调是和谐党群关系的逻辑起点。当前我国社会呈现出利益分化加剧,利益表达机制非制度化,利益协调机制缺位,利益"收敛"低效化等现象。因此,我们必须通过建立健全利益"发散"与"收敛"机制、利益协调与共赢机制、利益发展与保障机制来凝聚社会,巩固执政基础,促进党群关系和谐发展。

By analyzing the essence of the relationships between the Party and the masses,the nature of the Party,the historical position,and the internal function etc.,benefit coordination is the logical starting point of harmonizing the relationships between the Party and the masses. At present,in our society,there occur phenomena of deteriorating benefit differentiation,non-institutionalization of benefit expressing system,omission of benefit coordination system,and low efficiency of benefit'restrain'. Therefore,we should improve benefit'distribution'and'restrain'system,benefit coordination and all-win system,benefit development and guarantee system with the purpose of concentrating the society,strengthen ruling foundation and promoting harmonious development of relationships between the Party and the masses.
