摘要
基于对Z3040摇臂钻床原理、结构、性能的分析研究基础上,通过传动系统改造、电气控制PLC改造和功能扩展的改造,提高了Z3040摇臂钻床的精度、性能,改善了加工工艺,延长机器使用的周期,节约了成本,成为Z3040摇臂钻床优化的一个很好的补充。
In this paper, based on the analysis and research of the Z3040 radial drilling machine principle, structure and per-formance,through the transformation of transmission system, electric control of PLC modification and function expansion, the Z3040 radial drilling machine precision,processing technology and performance are improved,the service life of the machine is prolonged, which saves the cost, and become a good complement to Z3040 radial drilling machine optimization.
