摘要
通过对平板太阳能集热器的板芯制造设计工艺、支管与翅片(条带)的结合方式、腔体的生产工艺和总装工艺进行比选,确定最优的工艺设计流程,并对该平板太阳能集热器在工程应用中的节能环保进行初步分析。
Through the analysis and comparison of manufacturing design process of solar collector plate core, the combination mode of branch pipe and fin (stripe), and the production process of cavity and assembly process, the optimal process is deter-mined for plate solar collector .The energy conservation and environmental protection are also analyzed in the engineering ap-plication of such plate solar collector.
