摘要
探讨造型车模五轴加工工艺要点,研究基于先进CAM软件计算造型车模五轴加工刀具路径编程工艺,提出了对该模型的五轴加工编程工艺规范化思路以及具体实施方案,基于PowerMILL、易语言编程系统开发了造型车模五轴加工编程工艺模版库。
The thesis focus on 5 axis machining process of sculpt vehicle model, the programme process of sculpt vehicle mod-el based on advanced CAM software.The thesis also provided the ideas and specific embodiments for developing 5 axis machi-ning programme process specification of the sculpt vehicle model.Based on PowerMILL and yi language programme system, the NC programme template library for sculpt vehicle model 5 axis machining is developed .
