摘要
随着我国民航事业的发展,飞机噪声问题日益突出。国际民航组织正在制定更为严格的噪声标准,如今已经实施了第4章—7的方案。为了能够满足更高要求的标准,需要对中国机队的结构进行调整,即通过调整不同的座位等级的飞机数量来满足机队的需求。一些满足不了高的噪声严格度要求的飞机项目,就必须采取措施,例如改进飞机结构以降低噪声。研究第4章—7方案对中国机队的影响是有益的。
With the rapid development of China’s civil aviation, aircraft noise has become a rigorous problem. International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) is developing a much more stringent noise standard, and now Chapters 4-7 EPN dB program has been implemented. This article studies the impact of the Chapters 4-7 EPN dB program on Chinese fleet. In order to make China’s civil aviation manufacturing industry to meet the highly stringent standard, it is necessary to adjust the structure of Chinese fleet. Namely, the number of aircrafts with different seat classes needs to be adjusted to meet seat demand. Some aircrafts which can not meet the stringent requirement of ICAO standard in noise control must be improved in their structures.
