加强瓦斯治理实现煤矿安全生产

Reinforcing Gas Control to fulfill Coal Mine Safety PRODUCTION

瓦斯灾害是煤矿生产事故中的主要事故之一,是威胁矿工生命的"第一杀手"。本文针对煤矿的瓦斯灾害问题,以实现煤矿安全生产为出发点,从领导责任制、高效通风、抽采利用、监测预测和综合管理等五方面提出了瓦斯治理对策措施,并从生产实践出发,提出了做好瓦斯治理工作应树立的五大观念,对实现煤矿安全生产具有重要意义。

The gas disasters are the main accidents of the coal mine production accidents,and it is also the first killer to miners. Aiming at dealing with the gas disaster of coal mine and for fulfilling the coal mine safety as the starting point,this paper puts forward some measures of gas control from five aspects such as leadership responsibility,effective ventilation,drainage and utilization,monitor and forecast,general management and so on. And then,based on the production practice of coal mine five concepts are put forward to establish to do gas control work well. All of these are of great significance for fulfilling coal mine safety.
