针灸调理阳虚体质治疗上热下寒型痤疮疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation of Acupuncture-moxibustion for Acne Due to Heat in the Upper and Cold in the Lower in Yang-deficiency Constitution

目的观察针灸调理阳虚体质治疗上热下寒型痤疮的临床疗效。方法 96例诊断为上热下寒型痤疮患者采用针灸配合局部痤疮处理治疗。治疗3个疗程后对患者治疗前后痤疮皮损、阳虚体质积分和病情分级改善情况进行评价。结果患者经治疗后,治愈24例,显效42例,有效21例,无效9例,总有效率为90.6%。患者治疗后皮损积分、体质积分及病情分级与治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸调理阳虚体质治疗上热下寒型痤疮疗效客观,能改善阳虚体质状态并干预疾病病情。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy ofacupuncture-moxibustion in regulating acne due to heat in the upper and cold in the lower in yang-deficiency constitution.Methods Ninety-six patients diagnosed with acne due to heat in the upper and cold in the lower were intervened by acupuncture-moxibustion plus topical treatment for acne.After three treatment course,the improvements of skin lesions,yang-deficiency score,and disease grading were evaluated.Results After intervention,24 subjects were cured,42 showed marked effect,21 showed improvement,9 failed,and the total effective rate was 90.6％.The skin lesion score,yang-deficiency score,and disease grading were changed significantly after intervention（P＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncturemoxibustion is effective in regulating acne due to heat in the upper and cold in the lower in yang-deficiency constitution,and it can improve the constitution and disease condition.
