我院新生儿科采用层流病房前后新生儿感染情况调查

摘要 目的研究我院新生儿科采用空气净化层流病房投入使用前后的新生儿感染情况。方法系统回顾本院新生儿科空气净化层流病房投入使用前后新生儿临床标本的细菌培养结果,分析新生儿感染部位和各细菌分布率的变化。结果新生儿层流病房使用前后的新生儿院内感染细菌分布率比较,差异有统计学意义,呼吸道的感染率下降明显,检出的病原菌以革兰氏阳性菌感染为主。结论层流病房能降低新生儿感染尤其是呼吸道感染的发生率,但新生儿皮肤感染及其他浅表部位细菌感染发生率仍然较高,证明还应强调加强院内消毒及清洁管理,进一步降低医源性感染。 Objective To analyze the neonatal infection situation change after laminar flow ward used in neonatal department.Methods We reviewed the bacterial culture result change of eight kinds of different clinical specimens after laminar flow ward was put into use in newborn department of our hospital,analyzed the changes of the neonatal different infection sites and the bacteria distribution.Results Comparing laminar flow ward used before and after,there was statistically significant difference in the bacteria distribution rate of neonatal nosocomial infection,respiratory tract infection rate decreased significantly,and gram-positive bacteria was majority in test results of pathogenic bacteria.Conclusion Laminar flow ward might reduce the incidence of neonatal nosocomial infections,especially in respiratory tract infection,but the infection rates of skin infections and other superficial parts were still high,hence the management of nosocomial disinfection and hygiene should also be emphasized in order to reduce iatrogenic infection.
