357例手足口病患儿心肌酶谱检测的临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨手足口病(HMFD)患儿血清心肌酶谱的变化及临床意义。方法通过收集我院2008年3月—2013年10月收治的357例手足口病住院患儿详细数据,其中普通病例249例,重症病例108例,检测α-丁酸脱氮酶(α-HBDH),激酸激酶(CK),激酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB),乳酸脱氮酶(LDH),谷草转氨酶(AST)。结果重症手足口病组α-HBDH、CK、CK-MB、LDH、AST水平高于普通组(P值均<0.05)。结论心肌酶谱对判断手足口病病情、心肌损伤程度及重症病例的早期识别具有一定的参考价值。 Objective To study the hand,foot and mouth disease(HMFD) changes in serum myocardial enzyme and its clinical significance.Methods We collected our hospital's data in March 2008-October 2013 treated about 357 cases of hand,foot and mouth disease in children hospitalized detailed,including ordinary cases 249 cases,108 cases of severe cases,testing α-acid dehydrogenase(α-HBDH),stimulated kinase(CK),stimulated kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),aspartate aminotransferase(AST).Results The test results comparing myocardial enzymesin severe HFMD group α-HBDH,CK,CK-MB,LDH,and AST levels were significantly higher than normal group.Conclusion Myocardial enzymes in judging the severity of hand,foot and mouth disease,early identification of severe cases have a certain reference value.
