摘要
目的探讨大肠癌术后患者癌因性疲乏状况与相关因素的关系。方法采用任意抽样的方法,选取89例大肠癌术后患者,对其进行一般情况调查问卷和癌因性疲乏量表评分。结果大肠癌术后患者癌症疲乏量表评分44.46±3.31,总疲乏发生率为100.00%,与手术前和出院前相比均有统计学差异,P值均小于0.05。其中年龄、婚姻状况、住址、收入、化疗类型和体力状况能力评分均与术后疲乏相关。结论癌因性疲乏是大肠癌术后患者普遍存在的问题,而且直接与患者术后体力状况相关,影响因素较多。临床护理人员应根据患者实际状况为患者制定针对性护理计划,减轻疲乏症状,提高其生活质量。
Objective To explore the relationship between the patients with cancer related fatigue status and related factors of postoperative colorectal cancer.Methods By using convenience sampling method,89 perioperative colorectal cancer patients were interviewed.They were provided a general circumstance questionnaire to answer and cancer related fatigue scale scores were evaluated by study team.Results The cancer fatigue scale score of postoperative patients with colorectal carcinoma was 44.46 ± 3.31 and the fatigue incidence is 100%.The score prior and posterior to the operation and before hospital discharge were statistically different with each other（P〈0.05）.Postoperative fatigue is related to age,marital status,income,address,type of chemotherapy and physical ability scores.Conclusion Cancer related fatigue is a common problem in colorectal cancer patients.But it is also directly related to the physical status of patients after surgery and other influential factors.Nurse should develop targeted care plan based on the actual status of the patients in order to reduce fatigue and improve their life quality.
