摘要
基于仿生摩擦学原理,运用有限元分析软件Deform-3D分别对普通成型车刀和具有微结构的车刀进行模拟切削仿真。分别得出正常刀具前刀面和具有微结构刀具前刀面的磨损情况、切削力大小、切削温度及应力应变的分布情况并进行比较分析。并提出微量润滑与微结构双重效应的刀具减磨技术。
This article is based on bionic principle of tribology, the use of finite element analysis software Deform - 3D, respectively, for ordinary molding tool and simulated cutting tool with microstructure simulation, obtained before normal cutter blade and tool rake face with microstructure and wear conditions, the size of the cutting force, cutting tempera- ture and the distribution of stress and strain and comparative analysis, and tool antifriction technology with double effects of minimal quantity lubrication(MQL) and surface texture is proposed.
