摘要
针对某夹具结构在应用中出现的强度问题,首先根据材料拉伸试验数据,把名义应力和应变转变成为真实应力、应变数据并对数据曲线进行了正规化处理。然后根据使用不同钢材,计算出结构工作时的等效应力以及卸载后的残余应力和变形情况。最后对夹具进行了形状优化,根据形状优化结果提出了夹具结构改进设计的建议。
To tackle the fixture strength problems applying in engineering. Firstly according to the material tensile test data, the test data curve made regularization processing and the nominal stress and strain are transferred into the true stress and strain data. Secondary, by use of some kind of steels, the equivalent stress, residual stress and deformations in the fixture structure are be calculated. Finally, a share optimization is analyzed in the fixture and an improvement design of the fixture is presented.
