摘要
在高精度图像测量系统中,镜头成像几何畸变使得目标在CCD上的实际成像位置偏离理想的成像位置,从而造成测量误差。为了减小测量误差,提高系统的检测精度,利用一个具有10个不同直径的阶梯轴作为标准件,将10个直径从小到大排列,并分成5组。利用畸变校正模型建立5个方程组,求出5组畸变系数。利用畸变系数对相应的边缘进行校正。实验表明该方法简单可行,提高了系统的检测精度。
In high precision image measuring system, the geometric distortion of lens imaging make the target on the CCD imaging position deviation from the ideal imaging position, resulting in the error of measurement. In order to reduce the measurement error; and improve the accuracy of the system. This paper, by using a ladder with 10 different diameter shaft as standard parts, ordering 10 diameter since the childhood, and divided into 5 groups. Distortion correction model is used to establish five equations, the distortion coefficient of 5 groups. Using the distortion coefficient on the edge of the corresponding correction. Experiments show that the method is simple and feasible, improve the detection precision of the system.
