适应外汇管理理念与方式变革的举措探析

Analysis of the Countermeasures under the Background of the Transformations on the Concept and the Mode of the Foreign Exchange Management

党的十八大以来,外汇管理的理念和方式发生了革命性变革,有效促进了贸易和投资便利化。但是在变革中,外汇指定银行的一些行为不利于外汇管理的开展,需要地方外汇管理部门和外汇指定银行共同应对予以解决。

There are revolutionary transformations on the concept and the mode of the foreign exchange management since the 18th National Congress of Communist Party of China, which promote effectively the facilitation of trade and investment. However, some practices of the appointed foreign exchange banks are adverse to the foreign exchange management, which need to be solved together by the local administration of foreign exchange and the appointed foreign exchange banks.
