摘要
采用柠檬酸对酵母进行改性,吸附水中重金属Cd、Pb、Co、Mn。研究结果表明:柠檬酸改性酵母对重金属的吸附随pH值升高,吸附量变大;得到的实验数据用一级和二级动力学拟合,拟合度均较高;用Langmuir等温吸附模型拟合所得实验数据拟合度较高。红外光谱分析表明,柠檬酸改性酵母表面有-COOH、-NH2、-HPO4等多种官能团,吸附剂表面带负电荷的基团对重金属的吸附起重要作用。
The citric acid modified yeast was used to adsorb heavy metals Cd , Pb, Co, and Mn in aqueous.The result showed with the pH value increased , the adsorption quantity was increased.The fitting degrees of the experimental data with first order Kinetic and second order Kinetic were high.The experimental data fitted the Langmuir isotherm model better than the Freundlich isotherm model.The results of infrared spectrum showed that the function group such as-COOH, -NH2 , -HPO4 maybe exist , and the negatively charged group of the sorbent surface played an important role in the adsorption of the heavy metals.
