摘要
采用HDTMA(十六烷基三甲基溴化铵)对花生壳进行改性,探讨季铵化花生壳的最佳制备条件,并对其进行表征。结果表明,季铵化花生壳最佳制备条件为:HDTMA用量1.5%,改性时间2.0 h,反应温度为30℃。花生壳实现了季铵盐阳离子改性,内部具有发达的孔系,比表面积为10.924 8 m2/g,平均孔半径为26.0532 nm,对水中橙黄II的吸附效率显著提高,高达99%。
HDTMA was employed to modify peanut shell.The preparation of quaternary ammonium peanut shell was studied.In addition , quaternary ammonium peanut shells were characterized.The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions of quaternary ammonium peanut shell were HDTMA dose 1.5%, reaction time 2.0 h, and reaction temperature 30 ℃.Peanut shell was modified by quaternary ammonium kation.The interior of quaternary ammonium peanut shells had a great deal of pores , the specific surface area was 10.924 8 m2/g, and the average pore diameter was 26.0532 nm.The quaternary ammonium peanut shell had better adsorption effect on orange II and the adsorption rate could reach 99%.
