二甲胺对银催化剂性能的影响研究

摘要 脂肪族有机胺和脂肪族有机醇对活性组分银在载体表面的分散度有影响,在浸渍液中加入新的有机物会对银催化剂的性能产生影响。本论文在浸渍液中加入二甲胺制成银催化剂,扫描电镜SEM表征结果表明,二甲胺影响银催化剂的银粒表观形貌,使得活性位增加,从而改进银催化剂性能。与没有加入二甲胺的银催化剂相比,加入了二甲胺的银催化剂的活性和稳定性都好于对比样。 Aliphatic organic amines and aliphatic organic alcohol affect the dispersion of the active component of silver on the surface of carrier.Adding organic materials in the impregnation solution will have an impact on performance of silver catalyst.The catalyst by adding dimethylamine in the solution was made , the SEM showed that dimethylamine influenced the particle morphology of the silver catalyst , which increased active sites , to improve the performances of silver catalyst.The result showed that activity and stability of silver catalyst adding dimethylamine were better than the comparison sample.
