摘要
随着现代工业的发展,二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)的应用已逐渐广泛化。但使用过程中由于它的热分解特性带来的不安全因素已严重危害到人民的生命和财产,甚至引发公共安全事故。作者主要通过微量量热仪(C80),差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和加速度量热仪(ARC)研究了DMAC溶剂热分解的过程,通过比较分析计算得到了有关DMAC的动力学参数。结果表明这三种热分析仪器对DMAC的试验方法所得到的结果具有高度的一致性,实验结果对其在工业上安全使用及存储具有指导意义。
With the development of modern industry , dimethylacetamide ( DMAC ) was increasingly applied.However , during usage , its unsafe due to the thermal decomposition caused , which was harmful to people's lives and property , and even lead to public safety incidents.The thermal decomposition of dimethylacetamide ( DMAC ) was studied by micro calorimeter (C80), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and acceleration calorimeter (ARC).The kinetics parameters were calculated by experimental data.The result showed that the three test results had high consistency.The experimental results had significance for its safe use and storage in the industry.
