超声法测定化工装置中不锈钢管道厚度的不确定性评定

摘要 由于化工产业的特殊性,化工装置中的不锈钢管道极易受到腐蚀。当不锈钢管道受到腐蚀时,强度降低,极易造成介质的泄露、爆炸等。因此,为保证化工装置的安全运行,必须定期对不锈钢管道的壁厚进行检测。本文应用超声法对化工装置中的不锈钢管道的厚度进行了测量,并对不锈钢管道厚度的测量结果的不确定度来源进行了分析,同时对测量结果的不确定度进行了评价。评价结果对测定方法的有效性的判定与优化,化工生产过程中的安全控制具有重要的意义。 The stainless steel pipes in chemical industry were more likely suffer corrosion due to the particularity of the chemical industry.When the stainless steel pipes were corroded , the accidents of explosion , fire, poisonous, and abnormal leak in chemical plant happened easily.Therefore , the thickness of the stainless steel pipes should be measured regularly in order to preventing the chemical plant run safely.The thickness of the stainless steel pipes were measured by using ultrasonic method and the related uncertainty budget of the method was evaluated.The usefulness of the uncertainty budget was demonstrated in its application to method validation , and for guiding measured method optimization.
