摘要
硫酸法钛白粉生产中会产生大量的废酸,这些废酸经过中和处理后排放,以达到环保要求,但是由于目前采取的浓缩法回收费用高,用普通的中和法又浪费硫酸,不够经济合理。将适量废酸用于酸解浸取,根据矿的情况确定使用酸矿比后再确定废酸的加入量可保证酸解质量的同时,也减少废酸处理量,减轻环保压力,达到降本增效的目的。
Titanium dioxide production of sulfuric acid would produce a lot of waste acid , waste acid through these emissions during and after treatment in order to meet environmental requirements , but due to the high concentration method of cost recovery being taken , with ordinary waste sulfuric acid neutralization method , was not economically rational.The amounts of waste acid for acid leaching solution , determined using the acid mine ore under the circumstances then determine the amount of waste acid than the acid solution can guarantee the quality , but also reduce the amount of waste acid treatment and reduce environmental pressures , to drop the efficiency purposes.
