X80Q钢级无缝管线管的工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 根据PSL2 X80Q技术指标的要求,选用钢种10MnVNbMo,在连续大生产条件下进行试制。对不同热处理制度处理后的管材的力学性能、金相组织进行分析,确定淬火温度950℃,回火温度670℃,保温30 min的工艺最佳,各项技术指标要求比较理想;且通过对低温冲击功的分析,为-80℃下的管线管开发和服役研究提供技术支撑。 According to the requirements by PSL2 X80Q technical indices, 10MnVNbMo grade was selected for continuous production. Its mechanical properties and metallographic structure with differentheat treatment systems were analyzed. All technical indices were satisfactory with 950 ℃quenchingtemperature, 670 ℃tempering temperature and 30 minutes' temperature maintaining. Through analyzinglow temperature impact energy, the paper can provide technical support for the development and servicestudy of pipe for -80 ℃pipeline application.
