介绍了底吹系统的使用工艺条件、构成原理及其在100 t超高功率电弧炉的应用情况。使用底吹氩气技术对电弧炉均匀钢液温度,缩短冶炼时间,降低钢铁料消耗等具有明显的效果。
The authors describe the institution of bottom argon blowing system, the process conditionsneeded for applying the system, and the application of the system to 100 t ultra high power electric arcfurnace. Argon bottom blowing technique gives remarkable effect on uniforming the temperature ofmolten steel, shortening tap-to-tap time and reducing the iron and steel material consumption.
