摘要
硒多糖因具有特有的抗肿瘤、抗病毒、提高机体免疫力等活性成为近年来研究的热点。综述了近年来国内外关于硒多糖的来源、结构分析以及生物活性等方面的研究情况,认为硒多糖具有很好的抗癌等多种活性,其活性要优于多糖,且毒性很小。
Considerable attention has been attracted to selenium polysaccharide in recent years be-cause of it's unique bioactivities such as anticancer ,antiviral ,immunity enhancement ,etc .Recent studies on the origin ,structural analysis and bioactivities of selenium polysaccharide are summarized in this review with the result that the bioactivities of selenium polysaccharide are superior to those of amylase and have less toxicity .
