摘要
运用钻石理论并以长尾理论为辅助,利用宏微观经济数据,从生产要素、市场需求、相关产业与支持产业、企业战略结构等维度分析了我国电τ商务产业的市场竞争力,指出了我国电τ商务发展的总体趋势、未来商业模式,以及健康运行的法律保障等问题。
The paper, applying Diamond theory and Long Tail theory as auxiliary tool, and using data from the micro and macro economics,within several dimensions as factors of production, market demand, related industries, supporting industries and strategic structure, analyzed themarket competitiveness of the e-commerce industry of China. It pointed out several problems of the e-commerce industry of China concerning thegeneral trend, the future business model, as well as the legal protection for its healthy operation.
