聚天门冬氨酸酯涂料及其在风电叶片上的应用 被引量:12

摘要 介绍了聚天门冬氨酸酯的一般概念。结合分子结构的特点,对聚天门冬氨酸酯涂料的材料性能和工艺性能进行了较为详细的分析和叙述,与普通聚脲涂料和聚氨酯涂料相比,聚天门冬氨酸酯涂料作为风电叶片涂料更具优越性。最后根据对风电叶片涂料实际应用试验和检测的结果,指出以国产聚天门冬氨酸酯为原料的新型涂料,能够满足我国风电叶片涂料的要求。 The polyaspartic ester were introduced. The properties of the material and process performance for polyaspartic coatings were analyzed and described in detail combined with the characteristics of its molecular structure. As wind turbine blade coatings,polyaspartic coatings had unique superiority in contrast to ordinary polyurea coatings and polyurethane coatings. According to the practical application test of wind turbine blade coatings and the test results,the new coatings with domestic polyaspartic ester as raw material could meet the requirements of China’s wind turbine blade coatings.
