摘要
热工控制和保护系统的可靠性,是影响机组及电网安全的重要因素。分析了振动信号突变引起机组跳闸、热工电源故障使保护误动、热工一次元件故障导致保护误动、电机烧毁引发机组非停等4起故障的原因,提出了相应的整改措施,大大提高了系统运行的可靠性。
The reliability of thermal control and protection system concerns safety of units and power grid. The paper analyzes reasons of vibration signal abruption that results in units tripping , power supply failure re-sulting in mal-protection, primary element failure resulting in mal-protection and motor burning resulting in abnormal shutdown;it proposes corresponding improvement, hence operation reliability of the system is greatly improved.
